I checked wikipedia and other sources because I though it was strange that 戯言遣い would be read as zaregotoTSUkai instead of zaregotoDZU(ZU)kai. Turns out my hunch was right and it is read as zaregotoDZUkai. Can someone change the main title? I do not know how to do it myself.

So, I tried changing it myself. Let's see if it works and whether we have any based moderators here or not.

Actually on the Wiki page it says it's tsu.

that‘s theorically, grammatically right, but if the official transliteration for some reason says it’s TSU and not DZU, it’s not up to Wikipedia to name it correctly.

On the English one maybe, but on the Japanese page the correct reading is shown. (The one with dzu).

Romanisation is completely arbitrary, you know, especially where kanji is concerned. It actually works either way.

Go into a Japanese keyboard and type in ざれごとつかい (romanised as "zaregotoTSUkai") and it'll suggest 戯言遣い, and if you type in ざれごとづかい (romanised as "zaregotoDZUkai", notice how the hiragana for "dzu" is just "tsu" with a dakuten added to it?), it'll also suggest 戯言遣い.

Romanisation is not completely arbitrary, but I get your point, however flawed it may be.
Yes, you get the same thing if you type in the two (zaregototsukai and zaregotodukai). However, that does not mean zaregotodukai and zaregototsukai are equally valid in this case, since the official reading according to JAPANESE book retailers and JAPANESE wikipedia is zaregotoDUkai.

At the end of the day romanization does not matter for someone fluent in Japanese, but for most people here on mal, that is not the case. So, I think correct romanization that is as closely as possible to the original pronounciation is preferable. Anyhow, TSU is a completely different sound to DZU (or ZU as づ is pronounced in the exact same way as ず, and even Japanese people mix them up), so the person who was in charge of the romanization must have not been all that good at Japanese, I guess...

The furigana in the title at the start of each episode indicates dzukai, not tsukai(づかい、not つかい). So, Zaregotodzukai is the correct reading, and Zaregotozukai should be the MAL title.
