DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmm, more than 400 episodes (including Impel Down so far) streamlined into 30 minutes of OVA. Some scene cuts were plain awkward. Quite good though. I found it far more enjoyable than watching current slow paced and uninteresting arc. |

| Well I watched it very quick so I´ll watch it more calmed down in a few days, is a good recap I was hoping more scenes and a little longer, the merry funeral still maks me cry, also nico robin in ennies lobby T_T They told the most important moments from every season doesn´t go so deep and i was hoping that but well not bad after all |

| I'm uploading the spanisch subs to youtube, for the ones who want to watch it online. The ova was OK I guess, the most important moments are shown, and that's still fun to watch. I think it's pretty amazing that they actually made a 30 minutes ova out of 400 episodes XD |

Spanish subs. I don't think it was that great since it could be way better, but was enough to make me cry and i surely loved it. |

| As a recap, this was just wrongly done. Not only because it gave Luffy even more protagonism than the series actually does (it is sort of annoying that almost any scene has to include him), but the introduction of Vivi or the whole Usopp-Sogeking incident, which are VERY important to understand what happens in the arcs that are being described, were absurdly cut. And don't make me start with the depiction of the emotional moments. Just because they have to condense them doesn't mean that they have to be so sloppily inserted. Or the Thriller Bark part, I missed a lot of relevant stuff regarding the events happening. Or the fact that they include some filler arcs and ignore others. Uh. 2/5. |

| It wasn't that good of a recap. But the job it had to do within 30 minutes was big. For a recap that was recapping 400 episodes in a matter of 30 minutes, I'd say it was pretty good, having important scenes and moments from the series. |
| With how much this has to cover, it feels less like a useful recap and more like a sort of AMV-style thing. |
