Was the ending actually good

So I really liked this show and all but the ending had me thinking, was the end actually good. So in the show they spent they time trying to save the S class world. It took all the strength they had to do it. But in the ending they are going to try and save an SS class world and Rista isn’t allowed to use her healing abilities. Even at max level Seiya barely managed to save the world and they needed Rista’s healing abilities. Doesn’t that mean they are just going to lose and Seiya will die again. (Correct me if I’m wrong on any details)

This is speculation but there is no mention that they can't receive help from other sources, to be honest I had the polar opposite opinion, I thought the show was good but nothing special and then the ending did a 180 and I thought it was great, I would like to see another season of the show.

I have a mixed opinion, considering it was a comedy, the ending does seem a bit heavy, I would've liked it better on a brighter note but then again something diffrent makes it all the more popular.

For the answer for your question. You should read the light novel.

The anime adapted only the first 2 volumes and in my opinion. Volume 3 was at least 5 times better. But the moment I read the volume I was like; Yeah, you can't animate this. Gore and brutal stuff. So I don't think there's gonna be a second season. Sadly.

Plenty of anime have gore in them though it might be a bit harder to do

I think the world might have stronger items and maybe even stronger allies that will help in completing it

How was it not a good ending? He died, everyone was sad, then came back to life, everyone was happy. Happy ending. Good ending.

I think it would have been better if they included the resurrection scene from volume 3, would have been a great way to end the anime.

Personally, it was just too flat. You develop a certain skill after watching anime for some time. You can actully predict the ending after watching a few episodes. And this anime was certainly like that. I knew something like this would happen from around episode 9. And it did. This is why i personally didn't thought the ending was something special, more like a typical isekai anime ending. It's ok if you liked it. I am not saying your taste is bad or anything. I just wanted to see something different for a change.

As a cliffhanger, yes. The worldbuilding and story already had me sufficed. I didn't care reading any of the light novels anyways.

So I just finished it and I really liked it as well. I thought the ending was kind of sad because he won't remember anything of what happened. However, as long as the enemy doesn't have that chain reaction sword it should probably be fine as they will just respawn
