Chances are you won't find it, the series is old as dirt, was terrible and it's licensed, your chances of finding a working torrent is neigh impossible. Your better of buying the DVDs and turning on the subs, I imagine you can find it a in a bargain bin some where.
It doesn't think, it doesn't feel, it doesn't laugh or cry..... All it does from dusk till dawn is make the soldiers die.

When I was a kid and this premiered in the US I found it a very welcome change from Pokemon. It actually had a story with arcs instead of Team Rocket plots of the week. It doesn't hold up spectacularly well now that I've grown up but I still enjoyed it when I rewatched it a couple years ago.

It also had an awesome dub cast with Scott McNeil, Richard Newman, Janyse Jaud, etc.

I remember this show when I was a kid. It use to come on every Saturday morning on FOX Kids. I will agree, it wasn't a great show, but at the time, it didn't seem as bad since the selection of anime on North American (in my case Canadian) television was not too diverse. Most of the shows brought out back in the mid-late 90s in North America for television production were geared towards younger kids. Hence the sudden surge in shows like Pokemon, Card Captors, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Fighting Food-Ons, ...(you get my point). It is only within the last few years that we have started to see better shows geared towards older audiences.

But even as bad as Monster Rancher was, given today's standards, it was shows like this one that opened the gates to North American television for better anime shows.

I have to admit I freakin' loved this show as a kid. Its exactly as said though, the choice in anime was very limited back then. Plus when you're a kid you seem to notice the underlying quality of a thing less and focus on how much fun it is when you have such an active imagination etc.

I certainly liked it better than the English version of Digimon although I did like Digi as well. Just recently Discotek finally brought this series to the English world in the original Japanese uncensored. I've heard through the grapevine that the version we saw as kids was actually quite censored at times so we missed some of the best moments of the series. It may potentially be better than we realize then.

Eventually I'll be watching to find out, if nothing else it should be nostalgic.
