| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The new Saitama Kouyou ace Sakura vs. the entire Noukin: the OP beast that is Sakura against an entire rag-tag team that without Masato, is essentially running on their tails. At this stage, it's just a matter of time where the new ace will rack up points for his team and closen the point gap with his unorthodox Kabaddi skills, and a 7-point lead all but wipes out the smiles of the Noukin team, it's time to focus now with gratitude. Even with the Unstoppable Yoigoshi failing to get Sakura out, and with the unavoidable Iona, the Noukin team is being dragged behind easily without Masato's help. They certainly need a clear direction to win, and the half-time pep talk between Yoigoshi and Masato helps somewhat to go rogue, just like Sakura. NGL, the back-and-forth raids between Sakura and Yoigoshi are the most nerve-wrecking while the teams are under constant stress, both physically and mentally. It's only at this moment where Iura's strategy of trading Seki out for Masato and letting Sakura inch closer, has to work now for the final 90 seconds. With Sakura's additional 3-point lead (and a supersediing of the Unbeatable Masato to get "Struggled"), a score of 40-35 (to Noukin's loss) and with a minute remaining on the clock, fingers crossed if the Noukin team can ever regain their footing for the finale and come out strong. | Hmm so the Saitama Kouyou's ace Sakura went on a rampage and even got 7 points in a single raid! Good to see Yoigoshi developing new techniques against the other team. Also they need to close a 5 point gap now and I'm not very sure if Noukin team will win or not. Misumi wanted to shine but Sakura is way more experienced than him so it's a no go for him. Only one episode left now :/ The animation is a bit choppy; I hope they hope they improve it in the next season. |

| yoigoshi and the captains alone talk after the first round was pretty nice, really liked that yoigoshi. he was down, he was thinking, he knew that he wasn't good enough but because he knows and acknowledges them he instantly got back up again. no bs with "yoigoshi its ok u did ur best :( ur already rlllly good <3" sakura was eavesdropping tho fuckin ass one episode left..... dont think thisll get a second season but i hope it does, still pretty curious to see how thing will go. the pink haired and quiet guy were pretty useless this season idk why they're even here hope we get to see some action from them next ep but i cant see it actually happening. also gonna guess the backstory for pink haired guy since i dont think its been shown yet? so why not, if it has this'll be pretty pointless tho. he said that he kept his hair long because of family stuff so maybe his parents expected a girl to be born but didnt get it so ... yeah something like nagisa from assassination classroom or maybe his mom likes dressing him up and stuff, but he wants to be more "manly" so he joins the club |
| Pretty good episode! Sakura is a fucking beast, he really got 7 points. And he just destroyed Misumi just like that. We got a 5 points deficit with 1 minute remaining and Ojo is out. It's all up to Yoigoshi to raid now, maybe he'll be able to successfully use back, but he'll also need to get more points. 1 more episode left, I hope we get a 2nd season. |

| Damn, Sakura even got Oujou. One episode left of Kabaddi. I assume that Sakura's defeat will be the finale. |

| Sakura is the next Ojou but the difference is he's not frail unlike Ojou! Sakura mimicking the move of Ojou...so he has no originality lolz 5/5. |

| This was such a hilarious episode. Holy shit... Sakura was taking points in front of his eyes and everyone's on the defense isn't even doing anything. This was literally so much dramatic than it should've been. And, realistically speaking, something like this would never happen in a kabaddi game in hundred years. It was so funny that everyone except Yoigoshi got taken out by just one guy. And on Yoigoshi's part, It was literally a rookie mistake going that deep into the enemy's den just to get caught because they set it up that way. Good to see that the captain still believes in him and telling him about his mistakes. He managed to improve his raid but still looking at them makes me feel like they're not even trying to play as a team. Giving away points so easily and not being in sync with each other. Holy shit it's so hard to watch a sport not being played how it supposed to be played. When you know what could've been done to avoid those situations that they been through was seriously painful to watch. This show has so many weak points in its gameplay and strategy. Clearly, the author isn't aware of all of this. But, you better research enough thoroughly to make something like that. There are so many rules that they haven't even mentioned which are really crucial to a kabaddi game. I've so many complaints. |

| Sakura is so cute. Angel face demon bod. 100% would bang Yoigoshi is a beast!!!!! Unfortunately Sakura is stealing the show, for me at least. Don’t get me wrong I’m rooting for Noukin, but he’s undeniably a strong opponent deserving of respect, he’s come so far & is still so appreciative & thankful for Nobu’s character. Never forget where you came from, he embodies that attitude to a T. And so rare that Hanae Natsuki’s voice work is a standout for me lolollll |

| Sakura is definitely carrying the team with his 7 point comeback and also how he managed to hit captain there at the end. Poor Kyouhei though feeling like he doesn't contribute to the team. |

| Action gotten way more exciting. I never thought I would feel this way about a sport I had no idea about. Animation definitely great in this arc though. The animations of body weight when creating feint attacks by the players are super satisfying to watch. Can't wait to watch episode 12. |
