Change destiny? Accept reality? Two interesting concepts that definitely destroyed the friendship between Eri and Yuko.
All weebs creatures of the galaxy, hear this message. Those of you who listen will not be struck by western animation. You will no longer know hunger, nor pain. Your Anime have come to lead you now. Our strength shall serve as a luminous sun toward which all intelligence may blossom. And the impervious shelter beneath which you will prosper. However, for those who refuse our offer and cling to their western animation ways… For you, there will be great wrath.

this needs another season, there's no way it ends in just a few more episodes...

Yuko still detests the situation. It's fascinating how absent of obvious cliches this anime is, despite it not actively trying to subvert them. Usually, by this point the isekai'd characters would've at least built a nominal level of friendship with their allies and go off on a grand expedition to save the princess together, but Yuko still sees the chibis as pests trying to pin lofty expectations on people who were victims of circumstance. Eri is more sympathetic towards the chibi people, but she's not overly enthused by the world they were transported into either, though she is more willing to act as a companion to the chibi people and chance them helping her get back to their own world. The fact that this ragtag group left the village only to meander in circles and not really achieve anything as of yet is believable too, with how much territorial squabbling there is. It's only made the people in the village even more tetchy now that they know they're back at square one with two mutually opposed forces waiting in the wings.

Is there a name for the "chibi people"? They may be the "humans" of their own world, but I'd like a more official name for them than that, lol.
