It’s weird because the anime hasn’t even had the chance to develop plot. Hope it goes up (as well as the other new ones with bad ratings).

True. There's 600+ voters voted "Hated it" as if something offensive has happened within the first episode.

I don't know why this is happening, but I'm positive that there's no offensive stuff written in this episode. Maybe they misread the episode as 90% heavy-dialogue of rules explanation and they thought the battle-tournament scenes should occur more than the said dialogue.

Yeah, if this series isn't meant for these voters, I tell them to get the heck out of here and watch another sports series that's heavy on the action/tournament stuff like basketball for primary example.

I just wished they don't write a biased critic review after dropping this series. Drop this series quietly & nobody gets hurt, I say. 😩

Bro don't worry about the 1/5 in the episode ratings. Since last 2-3 weeks a lot of episodes have been bombed with 1/5 by a specific group of bots. Check the last episode ratings of ReZero S2 part 2,Dr Stone:Stone Wars and even Yuru Camp S2. I don't know what they're trying to achieve by this but its happening -

What do you want? Give a 10 straight out without any context. Ofc people are gonna give a 6-8 rating in the start especially anime onlys. Only manga readers who know how good the series is give high ratings in the start but since it isn't popular it's gonna start low. I guess you are the one making bots just to give this 10s.

Welcome to MAL where people rate something as soon as it airs, people review shows on episode 4, and 7 means the show is good/enjoyable.

In fact when a show is rated a 7 on the first episode, i actually go "hey this is probably good."

I agree that rating something after one episode is ridiculous.
In my case I watched the 1st ep and decided that if I was going to watch the rest, I need company. Otherwise I will drop it. It's just not appealing enough to me personally, with company however, I may be able to stomach it.
