That idea about rounding errors checks out with my experiences and observations, I think. It makes a lot of sense. I think the majority of people who turn to structured diets like that haven't been food conscience at any point in their life prior, so that in itself would make large changes they're likely not even aware of. "Too much of anything" is what motivated a lot of change in my diet, I started noticing certain ingredients that were in virtually everything, even when it didn't make a whole lot of sense for it to be there! I felt like it couldn't be good to be eating too much of the same ingredients across my entire diet.

Makishima will be and has been missed forever, it's true ; ;

I meant to read the manga but never did (shameful for a big fan) but MAYBE IT IS TIME at long last. pls get on my friend list

I get what you mean, I knew who Bryan was for a reason! I spend time in spaces where diet and health are discussed frequently and I've done a lot of reading in the same vein. I ended up with a lot of interest in the subject when shirking the mainstream ideas around diet improved my health and energy, along with other issues I was having, quite a bit. As for the language, I just don't want to offend!

The first season was such an experience that I've regularly lamented the fact that I can never watch it again with fresh eyes, but the second season was so truly demotivating that I really appreciate hearing you liked the 3rd season enough to see it as salvaged. Might be the motivation I need to finally watch the rest. Then I can come back here and hold your comment section hostage with S3 spoilers!

And yes, lol
Incredibly hot, can't fault you for that being a factor! Great voice, too.

Like I said, you have good taste! I need to tidy up my favourites a little but that one won't definitely won't be going anywhere. I've been wanting to find the time to do a full playthrough again, sometime soon.

It's a neat idea at the core and I'm all for it if he's only using himself as a guinea pig, I just feel bad for the teenager since we can't really know what he thinks. Imagine a parent showing up and being like "Behold, son, you must wear this d*ck monitor!" (pardon my language lol) Also, I just saw you have Shougo from Psycho Pass in your favourite characters, good taste! I feel like him and Psycho Pass were forgotten fairly quick. I still have to watch the movies, the second season really took a toll on me. /o\

I wandered over to your comments because I felt bad for derailing that person's thread when they're struggling with health issues, but I see the weird spammer is back and found you! He is generally completely indecipherable and seems to pick targets at random.

So very sorry for tempting you to google about that! Except I'm not since it means I don't have to do it~

Okay, I lied, dammit curiosity. Yes, your second guess seems to be about right, a pressure sensor device that stays on through the night, and periodically tightens and relaxes.

But this is crazy. He's got him wearing a penis ring that periodically tightens over night?
And I thought the blood swapping was crazy.

Wow, never knew we rank like this on math tests. Hope it doesnt get any higher, that would make us nerd country. I would gladly trade it for the hair transplant industry with Turkey, not for me (God bless), but for the general population, Czechs are thinking too much and it makes their hair fall off.
Commit_Crime Feb 12, 1:21 PM
its not, philosophytard is not cool. I remember that substack debunking flat earth with math (which I dont understand because, Czechs do meth, not math), thats charming! Its the work of someone who dearly loves debunking, from the bottom of his heart, willing to debunk even flat earthers! So I would classify you as debunktard, a tardness coming from love for your craft rather than from a superiority complex. :-)

That's the crux of it to me as well. Normalizing that you will kill your way through a system if it ends up failing you just greenlights chaos and detorioration of your institutions. I don't think the people cheering right now have any leg to stand on against the pro-lifer, vegan, or open-borders supporter who wants to take matters into their own hands to what they see as a deeply immoral system. Because you set the rules that if you perceive a system to be failing you and that the attempts to reform it aren't good enough, you start blasting.

I could at least understand it, if there were some kind of consistent ethical foundation. But often times, they contradict what they supposedly hold dear. If their ethic is class struggle, in this instance, then how does it follow, when the murderer was a rich kid, who murdered a CEO over a claim he never filed? Is this "class struggle" now between the rich kid is less rich than the CEO? Why should the CEO pay for something that was never even agreed too? And what of the working class individual who may be affected if their insurance plan pulls out because of that?

Oh and lastly, and I didn't mention this on the thread, I'm not entirely convinced the 1st order consequences even pan out. Their argument goes this will make them scared to have as high a claim denial rate. But another way I can see this going is, fewer people are willing to be a health insurance CEO now that everyone cheered when one got assasinated, the pool of capable picks shrink, a more incompetent person gets in charge, they are unable to negotiate prices with healthcare providers as effectively, their costs go up, and they pass that cost along to consumers in the form of higher premiums or more denial rates

I don't think they pan out, either. I don't think people grasp the role economic incentives play in the production of any service. There's certainly low incentive to produce when everyone hates you and wants you dead for providing said service. Then there's the inevitable fact that someone will get denied at some point, since, no insurance plan can or should pay for everything. People like to pretend that these principles do not apply to healthcare, and that there's a fixed number that can be delivered to everyone equally which is obviously not the case.

Hey, I was reading through your posts in the CEO thread, and I found them quite interesting. It seems almost impossible to have a rational discussion on subjects like this, as people's emotions tend to cloud their judgement. And maybe that's not even their fault, but just human nature, when you see a loved one struggling. However, I think you were correct on a some things. Even though it seems anyone who even suggests the possibility of more market competition being the answer is cast aside, even though I think it's the correct answer. I think if a lot of the people who are crying folly right now actually got their way, it would be much worse than it is now.

I can imagine, haha. I bet it was a true gladiator's arena - complete with sand, blood and roaring lions.

Haha! Well I've just, I have been silent and passively using it all this time, but I decided hey why not let's maybe get a little bit more active lmao

You are very welcome, Auron :-). Thank you very much! Please do not apologise, I know that you have a lot on your plate right now. Good luck getting back on the right tracks.

Happy New Year :3 hopefully, the best out of all the previous ones! With lots of things that make you happy rather than sad :) and inner peace that will always inspire you.

I've heard of Valentyne Stories Necromancy as well actually, through another Western BL VN called Night/Shade. They promoted each other on twitter at one point iirc, so you might've heard the other. It's a cyberpunk-styled romance-thriller hybrid to my understanding. I haven't seen the demo yet, but I just might today along with yours. It has a cool trailer as well.

I finally played this one and enjoyed it quite a bit, more than I expected to :) it also had a pretty cool "chain reaction" and made me burst into tears of joy because I just randomly remembered how many great treasured experiences I had with visual novels before, BL or otherwise, and I guess it somehow made all those deeply intimate moments resurface :) for whatever reason. So, I just wanted to thank you for mentioning it back in the day :3 it's always nice to encounter something that manages to touch you on a deeper level, and if you never mentioned it, then who knows if I'd have ever had the pleasure of experiencing what I did!
