Hidden gem of a show

Recently finished the show, must say this is a hidden gem of romance slice of life shows, CRIMINALLY underrated. I picked up the manga right after season 1, was that there most likely and probably won’t be a sequel to this anime adaptation since how unpopular this show is. Just came here to say this show deserves so much more, the comedy, characters and plot line is written very well. It’s one of those shows which feel most realistic in terms of school crushes, it isn’t that serious. The character development of the supposed main boy in the manga is amazing, as well as the moments of the actual MC. Not only this, we get proper side character development as well, which in some animes (like love is war) does not really touch upon that topic. The only reason jung I’d see someone complaining about is the generic art style, but other than that I would give this a solids 8/10 on par with a lot of other romance slice of life animes. Anyways, I hope others feel the same about this hidden gem as me :)

I wont say its a hidden gem or anything how to put it hmm .. yeah hidden gold its good but not as good a sthe other shows

I mean yeah m, just saying this is incredibly underrated imo, it executes its genre really well and it’s sad that it most likely won’t get a second season

It was fine, I binged the shit out of it, but when I look back, it doesn’t hold up to other rom-coms. It’s sort of one I guess.

I mean it’s underrated for sure but definitely does not come par with LIW thoufht I believe it is undervalued

it's a hidden underrated gem indeed. way better than any other rom-com or anime in general if you look at how much detail the team brought on each episode. literally nothing goes to waste.

in other anime, some characters/features just went *poof* into thin air after their so-called arc has passed. but in this one, uh-uh. none of that happened. every character gets featured every now and then, adding more depth (?) to the story. what's better is that the detail is not limited to characters only! like the storage room beside the club room, photo of moeka-chan in the teacher's desk, the character in subaru's umbrella, etc.

each episode is alive.

if you want good story, read novel. if you want good graphic, read manga. anime is beyond that.
