| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Another short with no Tomino's involvement. While the CGI is well-executed, it just doesn't fit there stylistically. As well as a mobile suit from the horrible NT >_< A cheesy story with the main cast launching off into the sunset... The fact that this has a higher rating than the show itself...huh |

| This was a pretty alright little special, interesting to see a new phenex. The mech animation kinda reminds me of g-saviour tho but this is a little better than that. I think quite cool looking at times but yeah it is a good thing they did not go with this type of animation for the series. I think this serves well for this special tho, its like some vr type of 3d attraction animation that you can get away with using in this case. |
