| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- Very detailed drawings, as expected from Satoshi Kon, and an obligatory "dream" sequence, which is a major difference from the movie. A few things here and there are also different, as well as the role of Itta-san's lover, so I enjoyed both interpretations of the story. The awesomeness of hearing a variety of different languages is a bit lost to the nature of manga as a medium, but oh well. The next 3 stories were later included in "Dream Fossil". |
