THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE.
----------------------------------------
I watched it today (19/11/20) in Thailand and watched in Thai dub version.
It was really good kinda like a sequel to Movie 1/26: Nobita no Kyouryuu because Piisuke is still there, but I still love movie 26 more. But not gonna lie, I love to see Piisuke again, bring me tears everytime. The things I hate about this movie is the dinosaur CGI is really bad to me, it's looks kinda like berserk 2016 CGI idk why. The songs are good af, enough to make me watch the entire end credit 'till the end and just notice that I'm the only one who is still in the theater lol.

Btw overall: 7/10 good.

I finally got around to seeing it and I'd give it a very strong 7/10.

The animation was one of the most visually pleasing, beautiful and best looking animation I've ever seen even including non-kids anime but on the other hand, the CGI was unfortunely very horrid and honestly looked like Gibiate's cgi.

With the way the trailer played out I was expecting it to very reminiscent to the 1980/2006 dinosaur movies and tbh it did start it out in a fairly similar manner but I'm glad it played out completely different and I was surprised with the meteor part. The "it was the playground the whole time" was somewhat cliché to a certain extent but I didn't mind it because I thought the movie played out in a nice way.

And not even gonna lie, I thought it was really emotional when Pisuke appeared again after 13 years. The original dinosaur movie was the very first one I saw so seeing Pisuke return was a big hit of nostalgia and emotion. Even if it was just a cameo, seeing him was a big highlight

I thought the final fight was a tiny bit boring at times but it had it's high peaks and I really loved the conclusion itself. I thought it was beautiful how Nobita was able to succeed at his goal and right after we saw two birds fly up into the clouds (as a way to symbolize the twin dragons)

It may or may not rise to a 8/10 depending on how it ages over time but I really liked it and I can't wait for movie 41 (the star wars remake) next year when it becomes available to watch.

Damn watching Doraemon in 2021, now this was nostalgic.

Another dinosaur focused movie this time and this time two of them, Miu and Qiu. Both of them were really cute. Also I was not expecting the dinosaur from the first movie to make appearance at all, that hit hard in the feels. Overall plot and story was kinda generic but that's fine.

This movie was decent, my only complain would be the cgi dinosaurs which made them look creepy af.

Just had the chance to watch it, visuals are stunning as usual because staff from Sunrise, Trigger, White Fox & Satelight etc are involved in this one.

Not much to say aside from Genki Kawamura being Genki Kawamura but I cried when Piisuke appeared (This was really unexpected because you know, Doraemon movies are supposed to be non-canon) and also the ending, It's touching but the goodbyes between Piisuke and Nobita from the 1980 and 2006 (Remake) movies are far more painful than this one.

But still a solid 10/10, Doraemon movies easily outclass some anime movies.

Ah, the beauty of time travel magic on doraemon universe, its so well written with all the connection, closed the time paradox itself. The way Miu and Kiu species turned out to be the birds ancestor, the foreshadow of birds get a highlight almost everytime around the little Miu and Kiu before they arrive at dinosaur world, saved some dinosaur and bird ancestor species because of Nobita left his diorama at jurassic era, then cameo from the other doraemon old dinosaur movie. Alright, its much appreciated and so enjoyable. Despite, the fact that 3d might not be the best around every doraemon movie i've ever watch. But honestly that's fine. I still rate this 7/10 thou xd...

Aww that was really cute!! Always down for a dinosaur movie. I agree the animation was really good, minus the CGI. Nobita's such a good kid ;_; 7-8/10!

Those few seconds of piisuke cameo made this movie worth it for me, nobita's personality was extremely insufferable in the last part of the movie. But nonetheless those piisuke shot was worth it, also hope in future doraemon movie we got another one like this but with steel troops character. 7/10
