| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- I once read an interview where Fukumoto said that he writes betrayal and failure because he found optimistic manga where friendship won and people stood up for each other unrealistic. With how, while dark, Zero seems to fit more into that type of manga, I wondered if we would actually have betrayal on that scale. The fact that it appears Yuuki didn't actually abandon Zero, and instead it's a trick, makes me feel that it won't. That said I don't understand how the voice is being mimicked so I can't rule it out completely. |
