| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- The bgm is killer. As usual, Kyouya got cocky. This time with his mode change until Ryuuga showed him he's not the only one to get one. After that, it was no contest. The King knocked the Prince back on his ass, reminding Kyouya why he, Ryuuga, stands at the top as King. Didn't even have to use his ultimate attack. Now onto the King vs the High King, Ginga. I mean, it was going to obvious that Ginga would lose since the first 2 eps showed them to be evenly matched as did the last season where they tied. But, man, what a good battle. Ginga does give Ryuuga a better push than Kyouya, forcing him to use his ultimate attack. Showing once and for all, Ginga is super strong thanks to the Power of Friendship not necessarily his own skills. (He's plenty strong on his own but not Ryuuga level. He can't win against strong opponents with his own strength/without relying on his friends.) I do wonder where they're going to go from here now that Ryuuga has de-throned Ginga like a Boss. So Ryuuga gets, what?, 3 mode changes?? Geez, overkill much? Ginga isn't much better. It looked like he had 3 too but it could have been just 2. If 3, Kyouya must have another mode change he hasn't figured out yet. If 2, then Ryuuga has cheats on! Funny how Ginga gave Ryuuga more credit than the dude displayed here. (Credit though, Ryuuga did listen to them seriously at first. How nice of him.) I know Ryuuga knew what they were talking about but I'm not sure why he's in denial about it. Is it that big a deal his extra power came from a star? You're already the second strongest, bro. It's not until fighting Yuuki who, of course is a Legendary Blader, that goes "So you're telling the truth." Then it sounds like he wants whatever Nemesis is after for himself. Are they really that surprised that Ryuuga wouldn't want to travel with them? Nor help them? Ryuuga does things his own way like he did last season. Not sure why Ginga is upset about it... Bonus: Ryuuga's laugh. It's so silly that I love it. Double Bonus: The art went from eh to beautiful; seeing Ryuuga so delirious with glee and with bigger irises (his eyes are quite pretty) was great. Ginga too. |
