It's just a compilation for the anime. Like the title says...Hilights. I don't think it's available yet. I'm pretty sure it's part of some special edition.

So...this is basically like recap movies? Don't really understand why they chose to do this, as this is only a 12 episode series. That aired in 2013.

Second season, maybe?

I don't mind more Nepu but they need to make an actual story to the Anime. Last one was just full of references to the games but no actual story. I enjoyed because I'm a fan of the game and characters but someone who didn't play the games wouldn't appreciate at all I think.

They are recap specials of the TV anime, which are part of the overall celebration of the 10th anniversary of the franchise (the original PS3 game released in 2010).

They will be released as some sort of nifty special edition Blurays in Japan which come bundled with a Neptune and Purple Heart nendoroid somewhere later this year (or it is available on Steam for streaming of all places, although for me there doesn't seem to be a rental option to actually watch it nor is there a release date stated).

I have to admit it is horrendously difficult to find any information about this at all, but it can be found in the announcement on the offiical Hyperdimension Neptunia anime website: http://nep-anime.tv/news.html. Which is ofcourse in Japanese so I can't 100% vouch for the contents, but the built in Google translator does a decent job at conveying the general message.

They're on steam, not really worth it since they're just shortened versions of the animated series split into 2 movies. The first Summer OVA is also on sale on steam which is worth watching though
