Of course they will, it's clear and obvious because it's the core of the story.
Slowly but surely they're getting more conscious of themselves together and their love.

They'll become a couple eventually. Sooner or later, and they're getting more and more conscious of it in the coming chapters since Chapter 33 (58 at the moment).

While Uzaki is now delusional into thinking that Sakurai likes her as pride, Sakurai is now conflicted of her smiling from their affinity level. His awareness of them being lovers is worrying him at this point of the latest chapters.

There's still a lot of comedy but there's a few great slow developments of their love heating into eventual preparation to start until they're fully conscious and accepting or rather aware of their feelings for each other.

... I might be willing to share mild spoilers in breakdown of those chapters... but it'd arguably waste me a bit of time.
It certainly starts to pick up a tiny bit after the last episode (Chapter 34) because that's the first moment she thinks he likes her, while Sakaki is now pressuring her to make a move which is what finally starts their slow development into eventual realization ... which hasn't happened, just yet, in the manga with 58 chapters at the moment.
