| So the shorts were basically the omakes from the manga |
| Cute and simple way to conclude these shorts. Personally, the fifth skit was easily my favorite one. En's group was what I enjoyed the most in the series after all. The ED music was dope, by the way. |
| The final skit for Nikaido and Caiman's meet (before all that massacre happened). A short and good-ol' cooking lesson, and some time reminiscing good times together. DOPE-ASS ED. Out of the omakes, the ones with En's family together (the 5th OVA) and the (weird) gyoza one are the best ones. |

| It was fun to see some of the bonus chapters voiced. Sad we didn't get all of them but we got gyoza fairy at least. |

| The animation is almost non existant at some points but who cares, more Dorohedoro always brings a smile to my face. My favorite was the ball which is a bit I loved in the manga. |

| flashbacks! Nikaido has nice people - Asu and the shop owner, that's why she's kind too :) Ebisu sometimes is an annoying underling, always a problem to the family but they never treat her badly.. they still always help her huhu what a nice family. Noi always heals her! |

| It was really nice to see Caiman and Nikaido just making and eating Gyoza together; overall, the fifth short was definitely my favorite short and it was pretty fun watching all of these shorts |

| Loved watching these shorts. Small glimpses into the past of the characters and basically told us things about them. Especially loved seeing how Nikaido got her store and also how to make her famous Gyoza but just need her recipe for that secret sauce. This anime is definitely added to the collection. Won’t rewatch any time soon but will be there if I wanna see more of Nikaido. |

Probably they sampled this song for how dance-inducing it is (I mean, look at any concert by Nusrah Fateh Ali Khan who sings this exact song and you'd be jamming too) and weren't aware of the connotations. It is quite awkward in that respect, but that's Japan for you. In the spirit of how Japanese spiritualism and their native Shinto religion treats spirits/fairies/ghosts/gods/demons/devils/the divine in a rather neutral and all-encompassing sense, I'm sure they wanted to channel the spiritualism of Sufi music for this also-spiritual ritual, rather than deliberately trying to draw a direct relationship between Islam and Devils. The Western connotation gets lost in translation, so to speak. |
