| I guess the artists that didn’t do openings or endings are rarely featured in “insert song performance” for pre-2000s anime really. Even for openings, Kanako Wada doesn’t have a MAL page when she did two Kimagure Orange Road endings along with several insert songs. I was listening to some City Pop compilation on Youtube and it has actual anime names next to the song timestamps. For example Never Touch Again from our boy Toshiki Kadomatsu actually played in some OVA, Demon City Shinjuku? Even if some of those anime look like schlock that caused the anime crash they can’t be that bad if they have legit bangers in there. However his MAL page only has one anime in there. Any other notable ones missing from MAL database? Trying to know how many of these bangers were featured in anime |
