| And the grand reveal of Cinderella is here, and it was the most obvious answer after all, being Keiki’s sister Mizuha, I already knew of course because this is a rewatch but it was possible my memory was betraying me, but this time it wasn’t lol. But despite the answer being obvious pretty early on, I do like the reveal and the way it played out, turns out Mizuha was in the room when Keiki discovered the love letter to begin with, that’s wild right there lol, and Keiki’s master plan to reveal the culprit was cool too, he played Mizuha like a fiddle. And along with the Cinderella mystery being solved, it was also revealed they are not blood related which I actually forgot about, I thought we were going full fetish here with an actual sister but this outcome may give Mizuha more of a chance instead of being immediately shut down, her confession scene was nice too. But besides this big plot revelation, the episode was also some prime pool episode goodness, all the girls looked amazing in their swimsuits, I can see Geek Toys made sure their bodies looked good lol, it’s appreciated. And each girl had their moments with Keiki throughout the episode, all were fun but Nanjo’s bits were definitely my favorite, the crowd at the confession contest thought so too but Mizuha unfortunately made the score go above its limit lol, nothing against her of course. And speaking of Nanjo, it’s sad to hear they apparently cut a chapter of her’s, I get why that stuff needs to happen in a LN adaptation but of course it had to be my best girl to get the cut lol, oh well. And I’m so sad I just have one episode left already, I so badly don’t want it to end but I gotta finish it again just like I did back in Summer 2019, it’s been a nostalgic rewatch. |
| Main highlight of the episode for me was Tokihara 😍🤤 Everything else was just kind of... Meh. And there it is, Mizuha was the one who left the panties and the letter. I think it was pretty obvious really. I mean she's the one girl that Keiki wouldn't look into or consider, but it also feels like a bit of a let down. Tokihara, Koga, and even Fujimoto seem way more interesting to me, especially Tokihara. Idk it feels kind dumb. I ended up barely watching most of the episode really, apart from any Tokihara fanservice moments, and that's mostly been the case for the last few episodes... One episode left. Might as well finish this. |
