O Maidens In Your Savage Season
| Yeah it's been great so far. I didn't expect this to be my favorite this season. |
| I quite have problem from getting feelings in shoujo problems show. (Despite it's tagged as Shounen.) Anime concerns about youth and their idealizing imaginations of sex as a subject of love for "maidens". Since I am the opposite sex it's harder for me to get the point of view and get along with the female cast. Drama tag scares me that it can go wrong and how knows (I guess manga readers, but I'm not one from them) it can end as Kuzu no Honkai. Also on other hand slow relationship progress can start bore as it was in Koi to Uso. I wish it goes more with Slice of Life theme than emotional "merry-go-round" in the rest of show. But yeah, for precise and fair opinion about this title we need first watch it to end... so still everything can change. (ATM) I think is good, but niche show which is not for everyone, so at the basic start it lose to some other youth topics which are more universals, eg. Sora yori mo Tooi Basho. Also IMO ~7.80 is good score. 8.00+ will make it overrated as state after 4 eps. |
