Anohana Dub vs Sub

Hey everyone.
Am looking to start Anohana soon so I want to know what the general consensus is for dub v sub for this show. Do you prefer dub or sub for this show ?

I watched the dub and gave my thoughts on it in r/animedubs. Got made fun of in the discord cause my opinion that it was too melodramatic and less subtle than would have been beneficial. I get that people like the dub and I don’t think it’s overly bad or anything but I do think it’s a missed oppertunity. Really the worst thing about it though has to be it’s over dramatic “We found you” ending.

I manly think Patrick didn’t delver in this dub like he has with so many. But I think he has too much love from the community that it was almost sacralidge I critised his work.
