| i would take my wild guess: The person in a dream that looks like Tanjiro - his father Other person - former human form of UM1 - also Tanjiro's ancestor - one of few practioneers of Sunfire breath |
| That's not Tanjirou's dad, but more likely the ancestor that first learned Breath of the Sun, while the guy is a former Demon Hunter(possibly even pillar) that would become Upper Moon 1. In other news, Kanao showing that much emotion almost made me not recognize her. |

Upper Moons did not change (have not been defeated) for a hundred years, so that means that each and every one of them is at least 120 years old. UM1 is either - one of Tanjiro's ancestors, or simply a sun-breath user. (unlikely, but possibly former Sun Pillar). |

| The Upper Moon One looks scary. I expected him to be handsome. Guess you shouldn't judge people base on how they look like from the back.π I wonder why some demons look like monsters and others, look like humans. Perhaps the ones who look like monsters have devoured their own kind? |

| Maaaan theres so many unanswered questions now I don't think that guy was Tanjirou's dad in the dream, because the other guy looked like what I would think the Upper Moon One would look like with a human face, and its been 130 years since last Upper Moon replacement..... Probably an ancestor very far back. But daaaaamn now I just wanna know so much mooorrreee wtfff And he has the same kind of flame things on his face as Tanjirou did, what are they to each other!?!?!? |
