| The [nZk] project, recently at least, has gone in a very different direction to his anime soundtracks. From what Sawano has said, it seems that the OP, Binary Star, will be a ballad-style song. He said that it'll be the first time he's making a ballad as a theme song. That will be interesting to hear for sure. If I'm allowed to be hopeful, I'd like to hear something akin to his pre-2010 style, though that's extremely hopeful thinking. Either way, I am excited to hear a new vocalist on Sawano's team, even if I've heard of her before due to the 2nd ED for Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans Season 2. |

| I mean Sawano has done tracks like this before, though I'm kinda skeptical of the whole "ballad" description, since he's described songs with specific wording before, most of which I never felt fit the actual feeling of the song (though it might just be due to the word carrying a slightly different meaning in Japanese compared to in English). I'd love to hear another one of these from Sawano though. Though it'd need to be a bit more fitting to LoGH, obviously. EDIT: Formatting. |

| A bit underwhelming. Weren't they the ones that also made that "I say cry" for Aldnoah.Zero (which I liked)? Didn't like the OP here that much. The OPs in the old OVA were better. But the OST in the anime (when battling or even when the chars were just talking) was great. Also the ED was nice. |
