Manga ended with chapter 45, it covers the anime until chapter 32.

Reading manga adaptations of light novels is rarely very meaningful if you haven't already read said light novel maybe. There's almost never much content in them to speak of, even less so translated

Don't really like LNs because I want to see actual images. Reading plain text just isn't my thing.

You are right, but sadly there are tons of LN not translated. Luckily it's not the case for Rakudai.

The pace of the translation seems quite slow now(not blaming anyone of course), I think it will take at least a year.

One thing i dont understand is, how can the manga be over since it didnt cover everything from the LN? or isnt it really over?

Lots and lots of manga based on LNs don't cover all the source material, either due to lack of sales or because they are made from the beginning only to promote the novels.

Manga Chapter 45 is almost equal to LN Volume 4, Chapter 4 and RKNC LN latest Volume is Vol.13. If the manga ended probably due to low sales and unpopular so they discontinue the series.
