| That was a pretty interesting start. It feels like the kind of light show in the midst of heavy plot animes in every season. We need that sort of balance you know. The chubby bird trio and the penguin are so cute lol. |
| Feels very mediocre. I like the concept a ton so I'll give it a bit longer, but the delivery leaves much to be desired. |

| nothing special in the 1st episode just some intro about our MC, but this is slice of life its to early to judge it they had story, so let's give it a chance. i like Akine, she's pleasant to watch. |

| An enjoyable episode right off the bat , Liked how Youkai and Humans live together and especially that chef xD , A pretty good start i loved the Opening and the ending and i liked Akine she's kinda cool and i think Inaba's going to learn exorcism from someone , It's really enjoyable to watch and Inaba's life is just starting , Looking Forward !!!! |

Also, I'm outraged by how Knights' and Magic is rated higher than Youkai. The latter isn't anything special, but the former is an abomination. I've heard that the source material for Knights & Magic is really good, but the first episode didn't really do it justice. I'm a bit behind on the manga, but from what I remember Youkai Apartment was fairly chill. I like stories of youkai interacting with humans and the artwork is quite nice. It's a feel good series and I liked seeing Inaba grow as a person. |

The ep reminded me of that clusterf*ck of a novel I attempted to write in middle school Hmm, not sure if I can answer that since I haven't seen Natsume yet. I don't think it's the exact same, since here Inaba is interacting with the residents and learns some things about himself. As for KM, we'll have to wait and see if the show continues with it's quick speed. Apparently it went through 9 chapters and still skipped things. I....I really don't know what they were thinking with that first ep. |

| It was a pretty meh start. Honestly the only thing that kept me going was Akine being voiced by Miyuki. |
| I thought it will be old styled animations but fortunately not. Hase is so handsome omg qwq Hase X Inaba shipper yay //ignoreit it's a little bit fast paced but still okay, I just don't really understand why youkais stayed there, and why that Isshiki lives there? lol it's like bokura wa minna kawaisou x natsume yuujinchou hahah the OP sounds good XD I hope it will be not boring.. |
