| THIS IS A MANGA ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- The captions are always so great!! -> "What is this. The way this is, is not the way that I know." <3 Doumeki isn't holding back, either, which is great. For someone who usually listens to the boss, this is the only time he's continuing to do what he chooses. "Tell me I'm the one you want," is exactly what Yashiro has been avoiding, Doumeki. >< Yashiro's "I want him to make my body cry out in pain instead. Just as it has so many times before. Treat me the way they've always treated me." was so sad... ;_______; This man is only used getting hurt, he has no idea what happiness is. Yashiro was looking for pain, while Doumeki didn't want to give him pain at all. This chapter depicted their relationship well. One person is learning to embrace love, while the other person is embracing lust. In a moment of happiness, Yashiro was reminded of when his stepfather raped him ;_______; *cries* "If it doesn't hurt, I don't feel anything at all." :'( And he cried too... But what's on Yashiro's mind now? He left without leaving a note... I love that this chapter brought all of the emotions to the table. Great chapter once again. |

| Man the dialogue was so impactful. The part where Yashiro said he this is not the way he knows and when he asked asked Doumeki to make it hurt and Doumeki replied he won't do that and that he's enjoying it without it anyway almost made me cry. I think his sexual trauma resufacing after such an unknown and tender experience was unfortunately expected. I think the author's psychological writing is excellent. I hope that Doumeki and Yashiro will somehow work it out, it hurts how Yashiro has probably turned his back on love after this intense experience. |
| @Danae I feel you. I reread this chapter during quarantine and I got feels for it all over again. ;------; When I reached chapter 42 (raws for chapter 43 are out), I was getting feels again thinking of how their boss-subordinate relationship was like and how they're like in the present. I loved Doumeki's insistence to not give Yashiro any pain, and it hurt me too that this must have been the first time Yashiro was having an enjoyable time without pain. There was just so much love from Doumeki, and Doumeki could tell he mattered to Yashiro too. (Yashiro could deny it all he wants - Yashiro did say he doesn't lay his hands on his underlings, and look where we are ;---;) Always looking forward to seeing what will happen between these two t------t I wish them well. |
