This has been a really bad problem for them lately. I remember the same thing with the Gabriel Dropout OVAs a little over a month ago, as well as a few other things here and there.

I created a page for the manga too, but it hasn't been approved either.
In fact, nothing is being approved lately. Even characters/people or roles.

Even characters aren't being added to the page. I keep trying to add them to this page and they aren't approved, compared to the TV series' page being full of characters, and the manga's page having quite a few too.
And for something all relations between the web series, the tv series and the manga series were removed except that the tv series still appears as the web series' parent story. I don't get that.
And another problem, this one affecting the site is general, is that no new character entry is being approved (actually, some are, but VERY FEW from what I could see).

No, I don't know what the staff thinks about this, it's just what I guessed first when I saw both entries. Should it be indeed different entries it should be approved soon
Trying to watch all available anime series so you won't have to anymore, the list of anime I can recommend is still in progress, tho

I thought the reason why it wasn't approved yet was because it was missing info, but Kiri PMed me saying I should wait until it's approved to add info (and characters).
