I am back again after finishing this series and I have watched Suzuk before so I was happy to see the previous characters. I would like to see more screen time.

Please note :SPOILERS ALERT may be included

However, I am shocked of the rating, I don't know if the audience were thinking it was something else or just similar to Suzuka.

I thought it gave a new feeling and yes there are some downsides such as Fuuka being selfish and there were too many characters. Could it be down to the fact that people were not happy with the couple and preferred childhood.

Please don't say "predictable" as it is a drama and if all anime were unpredictable then that's going to be boring

6.9 is a low score to you? According to the rating system that means it's good and I disagree. It should be a 5 or lower.

i think last 2 episodes was difference from manga. people compared this show with manga and then gave a low score to it. in my opinion, if Fuuka was an original anime then its score Was higher than this.
I didn't read the manga but i like ending. i mean the ending was rather satisfying, it is much better than those with confusing or with no ending at all.

It's ridiculously predictable and generic, the drama is incredibly conveniently implemented just for the sake of creating tension, and the anime original content completely killed off the one thing that made the manga memorable by not even adapting the main twist at all

Tbh I personally dropped it at episode 4 after resisting until that point, few series lost me in the first scene of the entire anime, and Fuuka was one of them.

Low score?!?!
The score should be way lower than the 6.88 that it is now. Like a 4.5/5. The only reason the score is as high as it is, it´s due to the number of young watchers and the low standards of the people who watched it...
The adaptation was a train-wreck, the characters lack depth and for example the actions of Tama-chan are completely illogical. Not to mention Yuu is a horrible main character and the other band members are just there. They have no say in any decision.

the answer is easy: Illogical events, bad music plot, forced love triangle with plot conveniences, shitty brainless characters, and a lot more.

as a lot of people says above, it should be lower than 6.88

I seriously don't know what people were expecting when they started watching it. Were they expecting a masterpiece? Because I didn't. I wanted to watch a generic romance anime and that's exactly what I got So I'm not really disappointed.

I think it was the way the manga went and people kind of expected it to do something similar, but with the decision to chance the biggest twist of the story, the entire thing fell flat on its face, for both before and after the event.

Well personally it made me cringe every time they started singing for 3 minutes straight and it was a waste of time.

*SPOILERS UNDER THIS SENTENCE*

Fuuka leaving and then returning to the band was completely pointless and I seriously couldn't care less, I actually hoped Tomoe would step in instead. The drama music was always stepping in when it wasn't needed at all. Fucking waste of time, nothing happened in the end. Tomoe also randomly popped on news HEY I LOVE THIS CHILDHOOD FRIEND OF MINE EVERYONE! NO OUTBURST WILL HAPPEN PROBABLY RIGHT? HAHA COOL! cancer.

Tbh Truck-kun helped Yuu to grow some spine and manga version of Fuuka was more cheerful and confident overall. Without it show just went to a sorrowful state of a over generic rom-'drama'...

i might be in the minority here, but I'm really happy that the twist didn't happen in the anime. I liked fuuka and didn't want her to go away. I also don't give a crap about mc kun's character growth.

I wouldn't mind the twist not happening as long as the follow-up was good enough to justify it, but it wasn't. In my whole honest opinion, the manga actually could've ended after the twist because everything else just felt like it easily could have been a sequel.
