| Much better chapter than I expected, and I didn't even have low expectations at all. The routine of Subaru failing to scare Asakura away remains fun. The slowly defrosting Subaru, the brief peek into Asakura's perspective, and the moment where he finally got angry with Subaru were also rewarding to see. We still don't know, however, what Asakura's hidden reason is for liking Tsukasa. It's still left somewhat ambiguous, whether Subaru is attracted to his sister romantically, but the chapter made his reluctance to let go of Tsukasa believable and understandable. Pages 26 and 28 were especially well done. It also tied the henshin hero theme to the siblings' history nicely. Now that I think about it, the henshin hero theme is a parallel to crossdressing, too. |
