So I guess in order to stop terrorism all you need to do is dance. Wait, so why was he mad at his sister? It seemed to imply she was sleeping with their dad, if she actually is his sister that is, they also sorta implied that was just a statement for appearances. |

| This anime felt like it was just a bunch of different elements thrown together at the last minute. The plot was thin, much of the events taking place made no sense. (Boy and his biker gang goes on a terrorism spree because he doesn't like that the mayor is sleeping with his sister, oh, and obviously also because the town should never have a disco queen. Aunt cuts up the MC's dress she made for reasons that are never fully explained. I mean she and her daughters were kinda mean to her, but more in the "adults don't understand kids" way up until that point.) The anime doesn't really seem to know what age demographic it wants to aim it's self to. The animation is dreadfully bad to the point where it's unintentionally hilarious in a couple scenes. The music is some of the most generic City Pop I have ever heard. But somehow the anime is still super charming and I ended up really enjoying it anyhow. As a side note, apparently the characters and setting from this OVA was later re-used for a magical girl anime tv show with a different plot. |

| I love the goofyness of this. OVA anime is something special and even weirder than what is considered normal anime is. Simply an amazing watch. |
| For what it was, it was quite entertaining to watch. The hot 80s girls, the music, and the sexy outfits they wore were incredible. Kit had every right to be angry with his father's greed, but I think he may have went a bit overboard, lol. |
