Really liked the episode... The interaction between Layla and Sora was nice and refreshing - for once they were truly working together and yeah, it almost seemed like they were friends at one point! :)

Next episode looks intriguing...

Even I gotta admit, that training in the stormy weather was intense.

Aww Layla and Sora are now well on their way to becoming BFFs :D I wish they nailed the performance but all's well that ends well.

Phew, both the fight at the sea and the actual show were so intense. It's great to see Layla opening up to Sora, I like the chemistry going on now. They're both very similar in how they were inspired to join Kaleido as well as the work they put in and Layla truly acknowledges that now. This episode had great timing too, as I was in a play less than a week ago. It really stretched me outside of the bounds of what I thought was possible. But operating out of that comfort zone is thrilling and really does bring out the best performances.

It's so satisfying to see them finally get along with each other! Layla and Sora are such a great team. The performance was awesome, but so was the training! And I teared up right alongside Sora when the applause came in. I may prefer other kinds of shows a little bit, but making me so emotional on a consistens basis is something only shoujo anime can pull off. I love Kaleido Star!

I am also so invested, when the two returned with the boat I actually started waving towards them. :P That reminds me of the time when I was cheering for Kaiji in the Kaiji anime, or when I was striking poses together with Usagi when watching Sailor Moon.

Kaleido Star consistently moves me with almost every episode, this one was so good. These performances are more intense than hardcore action animation xD

The relationship between Sayla and Sora reminded me of Shinji/Asuka dynamics :)

Love that everything has to be taken to the extreme, Sora and Layla has started to understand each other and delivered an exciting performance despite the "little" mishap at the climax.
