Here's the 2nd trailer for Confession that was just released a couple of hours ago and it's heavily packed with stuff OMG :O Metal Greymon, Angewomon, infected Birdramon and Togemon, Altur Kabuterimon... and most importantly the DIGITAL WORLD !!!

This seems interesting. There's a lot of things they could do with this, but I don't think the movie format will allow it to happen. There's just no time to handle these themes thoroughly without pacing issues. It will all come down to the execution in the end. The last two movies weren't executed optimally IMO. I really hope there'll be an improvement with this one.

"Reboot"? Oh shit, that doesn't sound good.

The things I'm looking most to are the battles with the infected Meikoomon (Angewomon!!!), the return to the Digital World, and whatever terrible thing's going to happen, because it doesn't sound good. Hopefully, though, the battle(s) done better this time around. The previous two were a little underwhelming even though I still enjoyed them.

But I'm glad to see it looks like the other DigiDestineds are catching on to what Tai was coming to terms with. It's probably still going to take a while for them to truly grow up, but I am looking forward to it.

I expect it to be disappointing. It's clear to me that not much effort was put into this judging by the first two movies. The story so far is not compelling, the characters are uninteresting and the animation is a joke. I still have some hope left though. There's still a chance this movie series improves by actually having something worthwhile happen. There is a faint potential here, I think.
