Batman: Arkham VR is a new Batman story set in the Arkham universe and exclusive to PlayStation VR. From the early days of development on Batman: Arkham Asylum, our primary objective has been to create games that make players genuinely feel like they are the Batman. Now I know we said Batman: Arkham Knight was our last-ever Batman game, but the arrival of the PlayStation VR devkits changed that! The opportunity to create a completely new kind of Batman experience, to take the ‘Be the Batman’ experience to an even deeper level on this exciting new platform, was too good to resist.

Season 3 will take an "unexpected" approach, according to Bruner. Lots of people in the fan community are expecting something that neatly ties together all the possible threads, but Bruner promised that it won't be nearly so obvious.

"From a role-playing, interactive storytelling point of view, it is not from the bag of tricks that we've ever shown anybody before," he said.

"The way that we're dealing with and validating and retaining all those different playthroughs is really cool and unexpected and, I think, pretty innovative from the storytelling point of view."

The goal for Telltale with Season 3 is to bring in a wider swath of fans. People that love The Walking Dead may not be invested in two previous seasons of the video game, and Bruner hopes to welcome them in.

The challenge lies in figuring out how to do that.

-Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment today announced Injustice 2, the super-powered sequel to the hit game Injustice: Gods Among Us. The newest game in development from the award-winning NetherRealm Studios features a massive roster of DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains and allows players to build and power up the ultimate version of their favorite DC characters. Injustice 2 will be available for the PlayStation®4 computer entertainment system and Xbox One in 2017.
