THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Welp, another duel against the Tyler Sisters. Also I'm quite happy to see Kurosaki fighting against them as he's one of my favorite characters. I can never get enough of those Raid Raptors and his deck is exceptionally strong against special summoned monsters. Kurosaki's usage of spell support cards also impresses me. It's also clear that his personality has become quite protective towards his comrades too. Yuya's ability to make the duel more fun with his entertainment style also made the duel quite interesting~ |

The duel was really flashy in the end, and made everyone surprised, even Grace called it pretty. Those rockets/space combined with Smile World look quite fun. I hope the sisters will now defect Academia and try to learn how to duel less brutally. Or they save Shun and Yuya next episode. Also, kudos for both Shun and Yuya for not using any Action Cards. Also, its like the creators are reading these forums. Just last episode it was discussed if the characters could really look at their opponent's effects, and now, one episode later, they show us Yuya enlarging the picture of and clearly reading the sister's Spell Card. Next episode Yuya and Shun vs Obelisks sent by the Professor, and not just any Obelisks... these use Ancient Gear Chaos Giants! I hope they survive, because the Chaos Giants can still be affected by monster effects outside of battle, e.g. Dark Rebellion or a wide variety of Raid Raptors. |

I'm really satisfied with this episode! My worries after watching the previous episode has gone! Such a wonderful Duel that Yuya has shown! I love you even more, Yuya! (^w^) Seeing Tyler Sister's reaction and when Grace said she's looking forward for Yuya's Entertainment Duel against Obelisk Force in the preview, I can't help but think that the sisters seems starting to change their view about Duel. I'm a bit disappointed if they redeem themselves now. I feel it's too sudden and too fast. I wish they stay evil or at least still on Academia's side for a few more episodes, then they can redeem themselves like Sora did. Kaito is included in the cast list for the next episode. I hope he appears for real and not just some flashback from previous episodes. But most of all...I hope Shun won't literally perish like the episode title. I hope the title is not as bad as it sounds. |

I loved the Tyler Sister's reactions to the constant Special Summoning. They just seemed so unamused! The duel was nice overall, but I felt that not much happened. We didn't really see many new cards. Was hoping for a bit more Amazoness monsters at least. The Tyler Sisters seemed to really enjoy the Entertainment Duel, so I kind of hope they turn into Protagonists later on in the series. But how things will go, they will probably turn good then get carded. Obelisk Force has arrived and it seems that the PRofessor is not happy. Time to see more Ancient Gears I guess. |

This episode was good to watch and the reaction of the Tyler sisters. I'm very excited for the next episode. The Tyler sisters are going to change the way they view about dueling and a moment between Shun and Sayaka. The way Shun look at Sayaka was cute in my opinion. I'm might be wrong because I feel I was the only one think about it. I first time I saw the fifth opening of yugioh arc v there was a scene when Shun look like he was the fusion dimension and a picture of Ruri and Sayaka. This is weird but I had a feeling that Sayaka was the person that Shun had feelings for in love relationship. After watching the opening I read the comments and nobody said or thinks about Shun and Sayaka have a love relationship which I understand that is unusual especially a character like Shun. I didn't comment anything on the video about Shun and Sayaka on Youtube. I'm not trying to form a new shipping in the yugioh community but that what I see in my point of view. |

Now this was a fun episode, with based Yuya delivering with ENTAME successfully. Those are some OP traps though, but they were worth the sisters' reactions with Shun & Yuya constantly Special Summoning. It's such a contrast to their duel in the last episode, with them actually getting angry and unamused, and not being cocky all the time. Oh yeah and I'm happy to see that Yuto actually calmed and listened to Yuya this time, even though he was ready to go berserk anytime. And nah, Shun isn't showing any deathflags yet. I'll stay positive because it would be pretty dumb to suddenly card him after he was established as the current leader of Lancers in Xyz. But damn that Armor Giant in the preview! Too bad Dennis isn't back to summon it again. :3: Julissa_Agredano said: I'm not trying to form a new shipping in the yugioh community but that what I see in my point of view. Imo the scene is not about shipping in the opening, but rather both Shun and Sayaka's relation to Ruri. Shun is her big bro who wants to save her no matter what, while Sayaka is her best friend who is still kicking herself over the fact that she did not go and save Ruri from Yuri (but it wouldn't have helped at all because she would've definitely been carded by said cabbage). So next time, if they possible go to Fusion, she might actually have a chance of saving Ruri and gained some courage, unlike last time. And Sayaka x Shun isn't a weird pairing compared to, heck, Reiji x Yuri which has an AMV on Youtube. Sayaka x Shun at least makes sense, since they're both fellow members of Resistance, while the other doesn't because the two haven't even had any kinds of interactions nor ever met. Yuri might now that Professor has a son, but at the same time it just shows what kinda baseless pairings fangirls can come up with. |

This episode was really fun to watch. The best entertainment duel to watch, by far. Great to see Yuya/Yuto collaborating with each other, as well as Kurosaki. Episode is also a reminder why Dark Rebellion and Rise Falcon got nerfed from their anime effects. Hopefully because of this duel, Allen stops being such a dick to Yuya. From the looks of the next preview, it looks like Shun gets pretty banged up, but I'm pretty optimistic that nothing horrible happens to him. For all we know, the title could just be a metaphor of Kurosaki abandoning his Resistance dueling style for Yuya's dueling. The Obelisk Force sent, apparently use Chaos Giant, but Dark Rebellion, and quite frankly a lot of Shun's Raid Raptor monsters can deal with Chaos Giant. Also, I think that Grace eventually sides with Yuya, due to her amusement with Yushou's and Yuya's dueling, while Gloria stays with Academia. It may seem inappropriate, but whenever Edo broodingly says Smile World or Sakaki Yushou/Yuya, I just laugh. |

this is an awsome episode and a good development for tyler sisters and yuto. This sawatari is the worst dueist in yugioh history he is not involed in plot and he is only here for comic relief and plus he has no reason on being a lancers, all of his win records are pathetic and he only wins when he teams up with others even manjoume was a better duelist and had better win records than sawatri manjoume at least did something to the plot for once or twice even though he is also a joke characters like sawatari but sawatari hasnt done anything relevant to the plot. i am glad that the tyler sisters change their way in dueling and they were happy when their life points fall to 0 mostly grace.i hope they betray academia and join yuyas side as soon as possible.i can see grace becoming a ally very quickly than gloria as for gloria it will take time for her to defect from academia since grace mentioned in the preview that she is looking forward to yuyas entretiment duel. the tyler sisters reaction to yuyas duel was amazing and they are my favorite female characters and thats good that they didnt become cowards and beg for mercy when yuya and shun defeats them as i thought they would be.other academia students mainly ra and slifers beg for mercy like cowards when shun or kaito about to seal them in cards which sounds pathetic. thats good that yuto manage to calm down his anger and listens to yuya once more. i have read the previous posts in tumblr and many people are worried that shun is going to get carded but here many people are positive that wont which i also agree, i dont think shun will be carded since this is his arc now and obelisk force will never win aganist an important character like him or yuya. sometimes the titles are not based on epsiodes and the summary says that shun fights for passion i think it will be shun changing his method of dueling.he will duel for fun and entriment like yuya and completely abound his aggressive resistance style. in the preview the way how shun and sayaka were cuddling with each other was very cute and i am going to ship them as soon as possible.i hope sayaka and shun have feeling for each other and kaito is in cast list to i hope in 109 will be a development for kaito as well i hope they dont show him dueling some academia students or in a flashback and they show kaito secretly watching yuya and shuns duel against OF and make him regain his passion on smile the way he was before the invasion sorry for my bad english |

I really didnt like Yuuyas tanoshii attitude this is still a war zone and his opponents have turned many people in cards, having fun wont turn they good or shouldnt. Well that was a good duel, though I am getting with Yuya being at war with himself trying to control Yuto's rage, when are they going to separate already? I knew Yuya and his dueling would melt Grace and Gloria a little bit, but not that much, OMG we finally have some real awesome female villains, but they soften up a bit, even if they are still on Acadmia's side, they are not going to be the same ruthless duelist before. I have no problem with them getting character development and turning, but not this fast, it should be done more slowly, but doesn't matter. I don't know what is up with Acadmia's inner power struggle. I know the Commander in Chief he is like Jack in the last arc, he is just a puppet and figure head, but still I don't know what is going on, I guess we will find out. So next episode, they are going to duel some foot soldiers, that is kind of a let down, I don't care how much you hype them, they are not characters, they are pretty much storm troopers with cards. |

So all this has to lead to either Kaiba or Jounouchi entering the series later on right? All these anti-hero and friend types from Zexal, 5DS and GX have made appearances and become part of this anime, but not the main characters. Wouldn't it be an extreme dissapointment if at least one of them didn't enter the fray in the future? God I'm hoping for Jounouchi. |

Only 40 episodes left? Oh, bummer. YGO series really do get shorter after every series. I never thought I'd get this attached to a shounen series lol. Seriously, ever since I started marathoning Arc-V it's been my favorite show and the one I'm actually hyping every week. |

Always get seeing Sawatari get rekt. Tyler sisters were getting annoying repeating the same thing after Yuya and Shun kept "helping" them gain LP. Yuya was getting annoying as well with his "Don't get angry". Oh snap. Shisha Sosei returns. Ladies and Gentlemen! Plus, the theme. Haven't heard that in a while. Tyler sisters loved Yuya's show. Sure, if going by the logic that Arc-V has only 40 episodes left (starting from this episode), it has only 3 episodes more than Zexal. However what I meant by that is that generally YGO series get shorter and shorter as time goes by. Original was 200+ episodes, GX 180 episodes, 5Ds 154, Zexal all in all 145. You see the pattern? Sure Arc-V has broken a lot of patterns & general things featured in previous YGO series because it's the 20th anniversary show, and excellent one at that. And now you're bitching at me for not using spoiler tags? Why complain only to me, I mean even others above me (Withdrawn & Ray) didn't use spoiler warnings for every post related to the topic. Besides is it really that "spoiler-y" that Arc-V will end eventually? |

I see that you didn't think things through, which is why the last sentence of the original comment I quoted exists and you wouldn't have had to point this out since I specifically mentioned Zexal. Also, old news is old if you've been following from the beginning to 5D's. Rukaliini said: And now you're bitching at me for not using spoiler tags? Why complain only to me, I mean even others above me (Withdrawn & Ray) didn't use spoiler warnings for every post related to the topic. Besides is it really that "spoiler-y" that Arc-V will end eventually? Bitching? Well, if you think pointing out lack of common sense is bitching then so be it. Are you assuming I read every comment? Because I didn't. I went straight to the bottom and only read the last 2 posts because yours caught my eye. Did you read the rules at the top of every episode thread? Do not discuss beyond this episode. Arc-V's manga is an entirely different story so common sense should be applied that anything beyond is not accepted. I'm sure someone as intelligent as yourself would have reported their comments(Withdrawn and Ray) already since you "read" and "posted after them" if you actually followed the guidelines instead of following their bad example. Might as well follow them and jump off a bridge. Withdrawn's comment is vague, which keeps you guessing while yours is not. |
If you see that my post is exactly 1 month old (or more) from when it was posted... Don't waste your time, especially when you want to reply with something petty & insignificant. Assume that I've moved on (because I have). |

Okay, I just wanna really know what you mean by that "and there it is"? Like, "oh yeah there's the pinnacle of idiocy!" Or something else? Cause now you got me curious lol. But going by your suggestion I'll put in the spoiler tags so I wouldn't ruin anyone's fun again (and break the rules). I didn't even mean any harm in the first place with my comment, since I like commenting in a pretty chill and casual way and not to mention I was just going by the flow of the conversation. :/ I may have a lack of common sense for this (MAL rules, I mean I'm so used to browsing through all kinds of different forums but MAL is a bit different & not as "free" as some I've been to) but no way I have it for almost everything else in life. |

No way so you can actually see the battle field on the duel disk and read the card text. So that kid with train deck coulda read the Amazon effect (all damage done to this card is reflected back to opponent) . Yuya looked at his duel disk to read the field spell. my theory on the last post was wrong then, lol. ゜・.(iДi)。:゚ . oh and Edo really hates the smile world card . probably gives him ptsd |

@Withdrawn i laughed at that 1 episode later they showed us we can actually read that xD my last post was theorizing we couldn't because the effects wasn't declared so we can't know. but here we are. 1 episode later. we can read the effects on screen. wow! |
