| Pretty much tuning in to listen to Sawano's masterpiece and the middle Gunplay ads at this point. The opening introduction/memorial part took 4 minutes in this episode, with the opening song and ending song discounted, the series only have around 15 minutes per episode. Bandai and Sunrise are fitting 7 OVAs into 24(1 OVA is corresponded to 4 eps or 3) TV episodes at this point w/o any promised new footages. So no point spitting on it if you have watched the OVAs and hoping to see new footages in the TV rerelease, just leave¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Although I'm still praying to see Phoenix in action (ಥ﹏ಥ) |

| Nothing new this time either, and now that I begin to inspect at least a at once, start to want to always look more, as had happened with the OVA, perhaps because it is all so interesting, I like too the screenplay, dialogues and the characters, idem for OST. |

| First time the Federation side heavily points out the other civilian "hostages" to force the young pilot's cooperation. I did not like that at all. Good point: I suppose it comes from the series origin but I like that we don't have a systematic weekly mecha action half episode. | A decent set up episodes. Banagher is not a good MC imo. I'm looking forward to Mineva reaching Earth and seeing how the plot progresses. |
