| How Sniper uses his ability is just humorous now. There is definitely a lack of consistency for the speed of characters, but perhaps they have gained speed in the likes of Bruce Lee rather than Usain Bolt. |

| one of the smoothest fights. Minimal dialogue, no Koenma + George (which I thought has been mostly annoying), quickly paced, things done in the background keep the fight dynamic. A few poor editing cuts hold it back its flow, however |

| This episode felt kind of drawn out, and the weight of the situation feels not entirely weighed correctly onto the viewer. This arc has not felt as emotional as the Dark Tournament; it almost felt like the creators got tired or bored. Anyway, uhh yeah Kuwabara got kidnapped + there was a sort of schoolyard brawl. Sniper is sort of doing the same stuff over and over. |
| This episode was just annoying. Why are they not ganging up on him, this ain't the dark tournament. and why are they even following him instead of letting him fuck off and then go fight him 2 days later when everyone is rested and recovered. also why the sniper dude is shooting the girls from the other building when he can just literally walk 3 steps into their apartment and kill everyone in like 2 seconds lol. also why is Keiko useless ass is in this arc. also wtf is the point of Puu i thought this mf was gonna grow or gain some powers or turn into a weapon or some shit the way they were hyping up that egg. Togashi-san, i don't feel so good. |

| This arc is so bad. The scales of powers don't match up with previous arc. The speeds of characters don't match up either. In the tournament, they were moving "faster than a human eye can see". In this arc, they can't catch a car driving below 100km/h. It's so fucking lame. |

I kind of agree, but I don't mind the power creep as much as I mind the territory abilities. Every character has a proximity alarm go off in their brain the moment they step into someone's immediate vicinity, and it sucks the life out of certain interactions. The kid Kuwabara bumped into didn't need to have a territory, but he does anyway just so we know he's targeting him. Sensui and the animation are making this arc worth watching, but the current conflict is a major step down from what we've already seen. | That kid truly took his time to tell them that Sensui was going after Kuwabara but didn't expect Botan to be so dumb to try to tell Yuusuke and the others from the balcony when there's the sniper guy and he is the reason they had to stay in that room in the first place lol also the lack of initiative from Kurama and Genkai was weird, like okay, let Yuusuke do everything even though he might not be able to. I think they barely reacted to Sensui attacking the room where Botan, the kid and Kuwabara's sister were supposed to be xD The kidnapping scene was a bit funny. Where's Hiei and his convenient speed :p |
