Things have taken a pretty depressing turn. I feel like Rakka is the only one who really questions her environment and situation and that's partly why she's so depressed. I think the black spots on her wings are forming because of her state of mind. It would make sense considering that Reki had them before, she's seems a lot like Rakka in that regard. Black wings might have something to do with wanting to leave the walls, given the fact that the crows already do.
