| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Oh poor Hibiki. I feel bad for her ;_; I felt bad for Shirabe and Kirika as well. Even Miku realizes the stakes of what they are fighting for. I loved the action for the episode though. The music used also is quite fitting . Glad to see Shirabe and Chris go into Ignite Mode with their determination. Their new battle outfits ftw!  |

| I like Micha's burst mode, so pretty. Bet the Shana fans that secretly hide between us will be mad now Michia leave for some time. Hibiki dad problem. I hope this shit person dies soon, srsly why would Biki even TRY to talk to this douche? Those "heiki hecchara" just make me heartbreak. Shirabe&Kirika gay as ever, which is good. I hope they just do away with the remaining two dolls next episode and get into big action in 10, 4 doll for 4 episode is just too generic even for our "known for being generic" hype show. |

| I knew it - Elfnein is supporting Carol in the first place. That's why Carol didn't try to retrieve her. It is so NOT surprising at all. |
CONFIRMED. Pouting Hibiki is best Hibiki. Kirika best Ignited(Dainslef) transformation by far (which is not really a surprise since she has a reaper symphogear). Shirabe's is pretty good. Loved the combo attack finale. So epic. Thank god Carol is back. I missed that magnificent bitter witch rori. tetrix1993 said: I knew it - Elfnein is supporting Carol in the first place. | That confession tho Pretty much all according to plan for Carol, she said something at the end about the gears getting stronger being their downfall. If their gear turns against them and Hibike is forced to fight unarmed leading to her becoming G-man successor in his weird kung-fu at the last minute I can die easy. My life will be complete. |

| Hibiki is without any doubt my most hated character of the season, and a strong contender for worst of the year. She ruins every scene she's in, to the point that just hearing her voice puts me in a bad mood. I wish they'd make a spinoff of the series with the same ridiculous transformations and fights but with different characters. |
| Wow Hibiki's Dad is a total jerk. First he runs away from his family then he makes Hibiki pay for the meal when he tries to make up with her. In fact, he's been so terrible to her that she even lashed out her anger at others, which NEVER happens o.o Yay an episode focused on Kirika and Shirabe! :D The combo attack at the end was awesome. Looks like Micha also had some kind of power-up mode as well. Ooh new Carol that controls Elfnein. The story seems to be progressing as planned. |

The Autoscorers and Carol basically came out of nowhere, you can keep coming up with new threats that will force this group to stand up once again. Even have the God and Moon angle if nothing else. At least Hibiki's issues here made sense to me. The non-fighting thing was odd, but this actually works. Someone who had a parent walk out at one of the worst times in her life and reconciling with that person isn't easy. Especially when they are so half-hearted about apologizing or making an effort to reach out. Understandable that would really shake her up and leave her upset afterwards. |

Symphogear is considered a "spiritual sequel" to Nanoha by many, after all. And please, Symphgear ending is like, combined attack named after the Opening that destroy the enemy and everyone live happily...for a few month. |

| They are pretty much sending enemies to the graves now one by one just cause they can sigh...hope they stay with the current number of symphogear users because too many will cause problems to screentime unless if they want to introduce new ones just to have a quick death. |

| Apparently Nana tweeted about the last 3 episodes getting their scripts changed (and Exterminate might not be the final song/attack anymore), so that lends to the cliffhanger ending theory. SHINFOGIA ZA MOVIE incoming? |

No big deal in this season having Tsubasa and Maria who are clearly now past high school among the group. They don't even really have to time skip that far so it's an issue for Chris graduating any time soon. Though even if they did, it doesn't seem like they are that bothered. The main character Hibiki is a high schooler still if that is any concern at all. Not like the high school aspect has mattered much at all this season, only a few scenes there. Hard to say what will happen. I could see a very standard conclusion. Carol makes her big play, things go bad, and then rise up and X-Drive her into the dirt in the last episode XD. A cliffhanger could be interesting. This show does love those and ending a season on one leading to a 4th season would be ok. A movie is possible, though I'd definitely prefer another season. Just more time to devote to the characters that way. In terms of the linker comment, should that be an issue? I mean if a lunatic like Ver could make linker, shouldn't SONG be able to create more? I know a lot of innovations they have came from Fine, but with enough time they should be able to cover that problem. They may have slacked off on that front a bit after the previous season since the Noise were gone and no dangers seemed apparent. This incident should be a reminder that trouble can always reappear. I think they made a smart move by sticking with the current number. At most they've added Elfnein as a support character. 6 is more than enough members to work with and still give them all a bit of focus throughout a season. |

| My guess is either Elfnein is working with Carol, or she isn't aware that Carol is using her as to spy on Hibiki and others. I had to laugh at Hibiki's father when he had to ask Hibiki to pay the bill. No wonder Hibiki doesn't like you, dude. |
