-I was just treating it at as fun gag. Until, someone said it on wiki's comment "sadly it has NTR ending". I find NTR the most disturbing genre of all. So, please someone can tell me in detail or spoil me the ending what actually happens to the Main character in the end and the other girls Melty, Atlas, Firo and Raphtalia.

His main self goes on to heavenly road to slay evil gods.

Yes, after vol 16 the events of the light novel diverge from the web novel.

Even the Kizuna's world arc doesn't appear in the web novel, it just straight up goes into the Takt battle.
