Well, that was quite a revelation for Aikawa, although we of course clearly knew. I wonder if Daisuke will be written has having overheard this encounter, although I kind of doubt that.

Quite sad too the author's own revelations, although I guess you often wonder about the sentimentality behind the authors own writings, and with this part especially we gain a clear understanding.

it would be convenient if he could say he overheard it, but then again I think he doesn't want to end up lying or telling her a half truth about knowing her situation so I dunno.

Hmm...I got the impression that he definately overheard since he was never shown to have left. Of course he's never shown to have a reaction to Aikawa either. ::sighs:: Have to be patient for volume 4...

Also, how much of a bitch is that Kazuki? She has joined the rarified air, once occupied exclusively by characters from School Days, of characters I would like to see suffer horrible deaths.

i thought he heard it. its not like he left. but why would it make that much of a difference whether he heard it or not? he already knows what happened to aikawa.

anyway, good chapter. nice end to vol 3. i really want to see how the sister will react to what aikawa said. it should be interesting :)

I'm more focused on the fact that she told someone! Be it his sister or not, if she's voluntarily speaking up about it, doesn't that mean good progress??

I feel so sorry for his sister :( I would never want to even imagine.... :(

I'm curious as to whether the sister figures out that Daisuke knows. It'll be interesting if she lets that slip. Can't wait for volume 4.

I hate that Kizuki bitch !!! I never understood girls like her... so selfish and self-centered.

Can't wait for vol 4, this is so good that Aikawa is finally opening up to someone... I guess that by helping Izumi she can heal some of her own wounds.

I was wondering isn't this going towards Izumi deciding to find Aikawa's son and adopt him?

Well since a family already adopted him (and paid for her hospital stay/treatments) I don't think that will happen. Unless of course the adopting family ended up putting him back up for adoption, which is doubtful.

I also think that Suwa heard her say it through the door, I hope it ends up being the trigger that gets him to tell her he already knew. Since it is a big issue that is going to need to be addressed eventually. I have a feeling that we won't be crossing that bridge any time soon.

Its painful to watch the two grow to love each other but both believing it is not something that can be.

He prob heard but is going to play it off as if he didn't hear it and will just keep going on like normal until he can tell her when he first heard it.

Yeah, I'd like to think he overheard her saying so... there was alot of yelling, so I don't see why not, and he was quite close to the door. As far as why she said it, it wasn't so much to get it out to someone, as much as it was to make it clear that she did indeed, understand what it was like to give birth and subsequently lose a child, even if their situations were vastly different.

And Kazuki, I could never stand her from the beginning. Always the possessive one, ruining the touching moments, even going so far as to attempting to kill Aikawa, just because she's the object of his affection and not her. Such a silly person.

ARGH @ Kazuki.

Anyway, it's good that Aikawa has told someone about her pregnancy. The author's words at the end were also touching.

Damn i started this manga this evening and i couldnt stop reading it, i didnt even stop reading. The point where Daisuke sister was screaming and Daisuke's mother came out crying i was full of tears. Cause thats the part where you know that the baby is dead, altought i didnt want to believe it.

Now i need to wait! Nooo

And Daisuke definetly heard it. Altought the point is how he's gonna deal with it cause it's hard to deal with that kind of deep secret wich he alrddy know, but she can't know he did alrddy know. I'm curios to how his sister wil react, i think she will be shocked, but then...i dun know.

Majoraddiction, i've been wondering for a while, from what anime is you're avatar?

The author also had a stillborn. It was a reasonable guess from the start, personal experience plays a huge part in every piece of art. Just look at Oshimi Juuzou, every work of his has a mc that looks like him. In one of his works both mcs were inspired by his wife.

Seriously that Kazuki never fails to make my hatred for her become stronger >:(

Nee-chan losing her cool but it's understandable cause she's had a great loss. RIP Suwa's baby nephew.

Also Aikawa reveals her secret to onee-sama.

Holy fuck that afterword actually destroyed me, this arc was already depressing enough but to know that it was written from experience is nearly too much to bear...

My deepest condolences Kusunoki-sensei, I wish a lifetime of happiness for you and your children 人
