Would someone please help me try to understand this show

I've seen all 4 episodes that are out so far, and I /kind/ of understand the allegory (or at least I get that it's about freedom of sexual expression) but like each episode has so much going on that I don't understand.

Any resources, pages, posts, ANYTHING that would help me (and anyone else in my boat) understand this is appreciated.
