| This episode looked pretty good, but... In the closing credits, at 03:07, the T-34 tank gun barrel seems to have an inner diameter of 300 mm, based on the assumption that the tank is 3.00 m wide, as was the 1941 model of the T-34. Isn't that unrealistically large? On the other hand, at 02:50 in the closing credits, the diameter of the gun barrel looks fairly realistic, given that at least some models of the T-34 had a 76.2 mm main gun. (3 inches) So I guess Lieutenant Lutgalnikov must have at least two different T-34 tanks, one with a non-standard main gun mounted. Fortunately someone with the physical structure of a todler, carried to location my a common mail man, firing two 5.56x45mm microguns, with apparent integral supression, simultaneously and one-handed, at 6000 RPM, with no perceivable recoil, and no visible ammo feed, is totally realistic. Also, she probably wasn't using AP rounds, because the rounds seemed to have difficulty penetrating that ceramic and titanium composite reïnforced coffee table. |

Regarding the tank that we saw in the first episode, the webpage also happens to mention that it is a 旧ソビエト製T34/85型中戦車, in other words, it is an old Soviet-made T-34-85 medium tank. RedArmyShogun already correctly pointed that out. Details of the T-34-85 tank are given here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-34_variants It looks to me like the T-34-85 normally had a 85-mm main gun.
