| What I'm asking really, is if the movie is good? Is it season 1 par or season 2 par? I'm not surprised if there's an open ending, Urobuchi did the same for Rebellion. There should always be room for more good stuff :3 |

| Watched it tonight, it was really enjoyable and very beautifully animated. I'm not really good at Japanese so the plot kind of flew over my head but based on what I read about it and what I did understand, it's a bit underwhelming compared to S1. But everyone should keep in mind it's a movie and not a full series so you can't expect the same kind of story telling. On the other hand, there was a lot more action compared to S1/S2 so that was a nice surprise, I did feel bad for Kougami at a certain scene though, damn. In the end it was a very enjoyable movie, I was so happy to finally see Kougami again and I'm praying for a 3rd season, one written by Urobuchi though. |
