| Spoilers! Don't read this if you haven't watched it THE SEASON FINALE - I JUST WATCHED IT :( I really really love this anime and I just hate to see it end. The finale episode was okay although it wasn't really that intense, maybe a 7/10. However, I really want to see how Haru and Rin end up possibly at the olympics or SOMETHING. I CAN'T JUST WATCH IT END LIKE THAT EVEN THOUGH AH I CAN'T. :( is there going to a 3rd season? |

| Dear lord, I hope not. The series ended on a high note and it doesn't need a third season. As much as I am a fan of them swimming boys, the show is done and should just be left alone. You've got the OVA to look forward to. |

| Free season 2 wasnt that heavy on the fanservice. especially not compared to season one. Not sure how shirtless guys counts as fan service these days. |

| I think the second season wrapped everything up well. A third season would just be milking the franchise. |
| I don't think it needs a third season to be honest. They wrapped it up good so the story doesn't need to continue. |

| I like the series, but season 3 would be pretty pointless. I'd rather KyoAni does another show like Free!, with an all-male cast and pretty art. TheNaturalPerm said: I sure hope not. I'm saying there's more to it than just muscles and male moe. If one watches only the first 10 or less episodes of Steins;Gate, they would probably assume it's otaku pandering crap too. Also, the first episode of the second season is just a fun episode for fans. It doesn't really show the potential of what will happen later. EDIT - Forgot to add this but...If Free! is fanservice, Hajime ni Ippo also counts as one (for half naked guys in sports) and you have it on your list as an 8/10 lolol |

I dont usually like to accuse people of being homophobes, but anyone who thinks Free is shounen ai is a homophobe. It is actually bafflingly non shounen ai considering how they marketed as such. |
| I hope not. Free season 1 is overrated, and 2nd season is even worse I did not finish 2nd season yet, only watched half of it and does feel worse than 1st one because it doesn't have the competition and rivalry like between Rin and Haruka. But I might be wrong since I didn't finish it though. Also, I think Free would be way better if it has females, and even better if it has traps. |

| I doubt it, it'd have to be about them as adults after all, and I can't imagine KyoAni doing that. Especially as everyone went their separate ways, and movie about swimming in a public pool or sth doesn't sound too exciting. If anything, KyoAni will probably just go into the same direction thanks to fujoshis, bishies, school, drama. |
