The fact that you let something like that bother you is a huge epic fail on your part. Can't you tell that this show runs on "cool"? I personally wouldn't have it any other way.

This was fucking awesome. It's nice to see a series just absolutely embrace violence, murder, etc. That may sound weird, but a lot of anime seems to shy away from stuff like this from my experience.

This seen wasn't illogical for the sake of cool. It seems like both of you failed to notice that half a second when it showed him in the back and it was written Police. Tje mercenary leader somehow got his hands on a uniform and went into the tent pretending he was one of the swat team. In such a large operation it wouldn't be strange if the officers didn't even know each other so they automatically trusted anyone in a uniform. Naivety of not checking the ids or anything cost them.

Those comedy scenes are completely unnecessary. Especially at the part where Anderson charges towards Alucard, while reciting a verse of the Bible. It could've been a cool fight but Seras just comes in and ruins it. But anyways the fights in this episode were great. So Alucard's a masochist as well huh?

agree the "comedy" bits fall flat and cringe. this was possibly the most violent episode(?) of anime i've ever seen, they really don't hold back in the animation department it seems. the nazi thing comes off as extremely played out and stupid but i'll see where it goes.

I love all the hype for anime but I feel like I got into this late. All the vampire corn has left this man but that being said this story is fucking sick throughout all the corniness and over used gore shit fest you will enjoy this.
