That part where the sun sweater burned that dude was pretty funny, but why did it not burn the women who knitted it? Hmmm...

Hmm, definitely original. In a sorta creepy way.

I had no idea what was going on, just assumed random things were happening.

Random creative things, much amazed. Such sugoii.

It was so obvious that the prisoner guy stole the door idea from roadrunner. He probably stole the idea of a pressure-less plane from some other chines cartoon. The lack of originality is appalling!

During Le Hunter I thought, "Man, Bugs Bunny sounds so much better right now".

pretty bad imo. there are better animations from the 20s and 30s with better stories and art. i get that yoji kuri has a certain style or whatever, but it's not my cup of chai. still liked "Le rat" the best out of the anime.

Well I liked it and it was very, a bit comic and cartoonish.

My favorites were the weird sound, the sun, the hunter, the audio and the door. 6/10.

I love Youji Kuri's The Midnight Parasites. Though that also has random and strange deaths, Manga is way more basic. This film is an anthology of shorter animations consisting of usually some character doing something that then is turned on its head and results in their death. There are some really cool ideas here (like knitting the sun into a sweater), but every piece ends basically the same way.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
