| We still don't know exactly what's going on. Some theories are flying around though: 1) Watanuki created an alternate universe to be w/ Yuuko. 2) Watanuki is in fact stuck a dream he wished for to be w/ Yuuko. 3) Watanuki went to the past to be w/ Yuuko, which backfired, hence Yuuko not being the real Yuuko. Etc. It's all revolving around Watanuki & his wish of seeing Yuuko again, but nothing is exactly concrete. We gotta wait for more chapters. But most of us feel that it's actually a continuation of xxxHOLiC. It wouldn't seem that way though since he lost his memories and is supposedly either in a dream or another universe. |
| So far having read 38 chapters of xxxholic Rei, I feel that it is to between chapter 185-204 of xxxholic. From when Kimihiro takes up the shop as owner and to when he meets Syaoran again. It's a story that happens within his 4 years of ownership. And reading Tsubasa World Chronicles, you can see how it refers to xxxholic Rei, where Syaoran's request of Kimihiro causes the story to happen. Chapter 185, Kimihiro takes on ownership of the shop. Chapter 186 indicates a timeskip of 4 years. Chapter 204, Kimihiro meets Syaoran and his group. It's been 512 days since the end of Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles at least for Syaoran's group. But it has been a lot longer for Kimihiro. Chapter 205 indicates a further time skip of 6 years, which is a total of 10 years of ownership. Chapter 212 is a time skip of a total of 100 years. I hope there will be more stories of xxxholic and tsubasa chronicles. I'd like more information of Kimihiro's true name, and who Fei-Wong Reed really was. Was he a creation, if so, whose creation, Clow Reed? Or maybe even Kimihiro? |
