Love is blind. What a poignant quote to top off the episode.

"Love is blind" that describes this episode perfectly. A-chan is actually very thoughtful and considerate when it counts, that ending was really moving. The chemistry between A-chan and Fumi is unreal and I love how they've been so subtle about this growing and inevitable attraction between them.

Well, the story is keeping me entertained I like the realism so far from the series. The fact that girls of this age tend to be very free in whom they are affectionate with as Fumi is already over Sempai after a few days.

I didn't like the fact that A-chan told Kyouko about Yasuko and Fumi's breakup. Buuuuuut the way Yasuko rejected Kyouko right away made me feel kind of pleased. If she just rushed to Kyouko I would be mad (that's totally not this kind of anime though).
But seriously, why A-chan? Why do you have such a big mouth? Anyway, idk why this was such a dislike for me, but it really was a downside on the show lol Maybe the characters are so real I'm starting to hate them? Maybe I'm already sleepy and moody because it's 6am and I'm still watching anime? Who knows.
So far I had been thinking about giving the show a 9 or 10 depending on the end, but because of this downside I'm down to 8 or 9. It's really really great though. I think I will leave the 3 left episodes for tomorrow.

That moment where Yasuko and Fumi just walked past each other at the door was so depressing. Even considering that a breakup is the end of a relationship that doesn't work.

Acchan is the sweetest, she skipped school because she got so deeply involved in Fumi's business. It seems I was right in that the drama is taking a toll on her, good thing she can "process" it much faster than the other girls. She is a meddler to a fault, but it comes from a good place. I think she's improved a lot in how she handles Fumi: now she doesn't just tell Fumi the obvious (that she's quick to cry), she tries various methods: telling her she hates girls who cry, and also a more hands-on approach (when Chizu happened to come over while the two were upstairs).

I was right in thinking that Fumi was just repressing her sadness, so it was a relief to see that she and Kyouko managed to open the floodgates together. Hopefully they can help each other climb out of this rut. Well, Fumi has Acchan, it's Kyouko who really needs this.

I never believed that any childhood trauma or Chizu was the reason why Fumi is gay. On the other hand, I did consider that Chizu may have taken advantage of her, if she is a lot older than Fumi (say, more than four years difference). But I'm willing to consider that Chizu meant no harm and she was just as inexperienced as Fumi at the time. Fumi certainly doesn't show obvious signs of trauma now, though I only have a degree in armchair psychology.

So teacher also marries Yasuko's sister Kazusa?.. Well, it sucks a lot for Yasuko, really.. Especially if her feelings for that dude are strong.. It really can make her depressed, end up in her suicide, anything can happen, really.. Though.. Of course it shouldn't be stopping Kazusa or teacher.. It's just very unfortunate.. Poor Yasuko, really..
Though at the same time, her relationship with Fumi is also badly ended.. Even if justified by her feeling very badly in her life over all..
Well.. Now girls with time will have to decide, what they wanna do in life.. Including relationships.. Maybe with time.. Maybe it'll be decided by some random event as well, though.. Not that it's worse.. In the end.. Poor girls..
I at the same time see the positive things between Fumi and Akira.. How Fumi is more energetic with her.. And how they can talk about things.. But at the same time I don't really see it as anything special, personally, myself.. Maybe I am not a fan of Fumi being more energetic, really.. Of course it's for her to decide things like that.. Just I like her as melancholic character more.. Her energy with Akira seems a bit out of nowhere as well.. I guess she just trusts her, it coming from very early childhood.. But it just, I don't know.. It just doesn't feel any that great, interesting, or anything.. Even if I can see, how maybe for both of them it can be important..

Fumi and Sugimoto are no more, and for Fumi, she has Akira by her side, so she is able to move forward. In the end tho, despite having two separate scenarios and personalities, Sugimoto and Fumi both experienced the same love dilemma.

I can't help but shake the feeling that this whole love angle has been going in a circle for the last few eps.

Curious to see if Fumi and Akira end up forming a relationship. Apart from the opening, there has been barely any indication of that happening, but I've been wrong already in this show so...

Sugimoto can't get over her feelings for that teacher, and the fact that her sister is the one who's marrying that teacher bothers her even more.

Fumi is learning to cope with not being with Sugimoto, thanks to Akira being there for her. I wonder what that summer home is like?
