| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Rushuna.. Her method of preventing war is rather amusing.. By embracing warmongers with her chest in a revealing outfit usually don't work, especially the fact that most warmongers are either communists or conservatives. Her actions would most likely be considered as unacceptable and thus, her methods of killing the will of warmongers will realistically fail. I no doubt take the side of Rushuna but at the same time, I got to agree that Isaac of Growlanser V is sometimes right about how to prevent war and maintaining peace. However, I also hate Isaac as that his pacifist methods become too extreme near end of the story in which he tries to kill all the warmongers and even non-warmongers by all means necessary. Issac went as far as locking up Seldous along with his daughter Melvina for getting in his way. Rushuna would make a great comrade in the Peace Maintenance Brigade, while Issac and his loyalists are best to leave the PMB and form their own opposition group. I don't like them.. An ecchi anime promoting peace seems pretty amusing but I still think the story of Growlanser V is so much better in all aspects. True peace cannot be obtained without a means of some sort of deterrent. However, this deterrent should only be used once as a demonstration and never again as that it should only serve the purpose of a threat as opposed to a weapon. A first time demonstration is necessary otherwise future negotiations of peace will not be effective as that there is no weight in one's words. This also means that the demonstration must claim quite a number of lives, otherwise peace can never be realized. |

| So-so. I'd like this anime more if they worked more on the comedy aspect. Obviously the plot's not for taking seriously. I was hoping it'd have a bunch of laughs too kinda like Trigun. |
