Elizabeth Middleford (エリザベス・ミッドフォード) is the daughter of Marchioness Frances Middleford and her husband, and is both Ciel's cousin and fiancée. Ciel sees her as an important friend and a girl that he needs to protect because he says that he does not want to lose anything important again. She loves Ciel with all her heart and tries to help cheer him up. She has a love for cute things, to the point of redecorating Ciel's mansion, dressing up his staff, and setting up a dance party.She is voiced by Yukari Tamura in the anime adaption and Chiwa Saitō on the drama CD.
